However, we understand that there may be rare circumstances where a donor may wish to request a refund or cancellation. Our policy below ensures transparency and fairness in all such matters.
1. Donations
- All donations made to Rajaram Samaj Sewa Foundation are non-refundable, as they are utilized immediately for ongoing community development and welfare programs.
- Once a donation is received and successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Duplicate Transactions
- If you have accidentally made a duplicate donation due to a technical issue or multiple deductions from your bank account, please contact us immediately at contact@rssfoundation.info or call 9648436373.
- Upon verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the same account within 7–10 working days.
3. Failed Transactions
- In case your donation fails but the amount is debited from your account, the same will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 7–10 working days.
- If the issue persists beyond this period, please reach out to us with the transaction details.
4. Event or Campaign-Based Payments
- For special events or campaigns, refunds may be considered only if the event is canceled by Rajaram Samaj Sewa Foundation.
- Refunds for participation fees or campaign-specific contributions will not be applicable once the event or program has commenced.
